Infringement Notices and Counter-Notices

This Agreement incorporates by reference any notices contained on this Website and constitute the entire agreement with respect to your access to and use of this Website. This is the entire agreement between you and MediWound relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except as provided herein or in writing, signed by MediWound. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed in the competent courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel and you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating or any other action. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Website must be commenced within 6 months after the claim or cause of action arises.
